What is the APS Online Parts Listing service?

Listing parts on eBay or TradeMe (in New Zealand) is a full time job. Anything less WILL NOT achieve the desired result for you. The APS Online Parts Listing service is a service whereby we assign one of our team members to list your parts via your Pinnacle system onto an online sales platform such as eBay or Trademe.

Why would I not just use my own staff to list parts when they are free?

Listing parts is time consuming and requires very good attention to detail, computer skills and consistency - all of which our members can provide at a lower cost than your full time staff member. This service also frees up your staff to perform other duties that cannot be outsourced and generate more value to you and the business - like SELLING!

    What do I need to provide to you so we can implement this service?

    We will guide you through the onboarding process so that it is as seamless as possible for you and your team. In order to implement this service we need remote access to a desktop connection with access also to your Pinnacle system and Trademe or eBay account.

    When can we start listing with APS Online Parts Listing?

  • Listing can commence as soon as we have access to your system (as above) and we have reviewed and agreed on some background settings such as assigning templates to part types, pricing, shipping and other settings. This normally takes a period of 1 to 2 weeks depending on your needs and specifications.
  • We will most likely make some recommendations to you from our experience if we see some opportunities for improvement.

    Why is there no lock in period with the APS Online Parts Listing service?

    We do not believe in locking anyone into using any of our services. If we cannot provide benefit to your operation, we don’t want you ‘stuck’ with us. We know how difficult running a yard is - you don’t need more headaches or leeches - you need results.

    What notice do I need to give you before we stop using the service if I want to stop?

    Because we employ real people and train them to complete your listing, we ask for a 3 month notice period at which point all subscription fees will be stopped immediately.
